The Minnesota AIDS Project offers an array of supportive services for people living with HIV. If you are in need of assistance or support, we are here to help. To learn more about a specific service, click on the links below or contact the AIDSLine.

Benefits Counseling can provide you with information related to health insurance, disability benefits, public health and income assistance programs. Also, if you need information regarding the impact on your benefits resulting from leaving or entering the work force our benefits counselor can help!

Case Management can help you access programs and resources including health insurance, medical care and financial assistance in order to maintain optimal HIV health and meet basic living needs. Through ongoing assessments and goal planning, a case manager can help you identify long terms goals and assist with steps towards meeting your goals.

Every Penny Counts Emergency Financial Assistance (EPCEA) can provide you limited emergency financial assistance for rent, mortgage (Greater MN only), utilities, medical care and food if you meet income eligibility guidelines.

Housing Services can assist HIV-positive individuals and their families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in obtaining and maintaining safe, affordable housing. Clients must be referred by an HIV case manager.

Legal Services can assist you with HIV-related legal matters including public benefits denial, estate planning, housing and employment discrimination, workplace accommodation, debt and credit resolution, confidentiality and immigration.

The MAP AIDSLine is a phone and Web-based service that can provide you with information about HIV and referrals to HIV related services in Minnesota. This includes basic information on HIV as well as information and referrals on prevention, testing, and services statewide.

PrideAlive is a community of gay and bisexual men and their allies working together to promote, create and sustain a healthy community through health education and social interaction. You can volunteer with this program to assist with outreach to gay and bisexual men at high risk for HIV infection, offering risk reduction education and supplies, health-promoting social events and an opportunity to join in building community.

Positive Link is a community of gay and bisexual men living with HIV. Positive Link participants work together to promote, create and sustain their health through social interaction and health education. If you are a gay or bisexual man, this group is a great way to learn more about HIV and connect with others in the community.

Quick Connect can provide you short-term, face-to-face assistance to learn more about HIV and related resources. It is ideal for individuals who are newly diagnosed, new to Minnesota or people who have not previously accessed services.
