Connecting to Care

Are you living with HIV and new to Minnesota? Newly diagnosed? Struggling to get connected to medical care? The Minnesota AIDS Project offers a service called Quick Connect to assist people living with HIV in assessing short-term challenges by linking them to helpful resources. An alternative to ongoing case management services, care linkage specialists provide assistance for common concerns including transportation, emergency financial help, housing and emotional support. Our Quick Connect program also serves as a gateway to appropriate longer-term supportive services and provides information and support for people recently diagnosed.

For more information on this service, call the AIDSLine at 612-373-2427.
