How Can I Give?
The Minnesota AIDS Project appreciates gifts of any amount as support from the community provides an essential source of funding to create programming that meets the changing needs of our clients and state. The organization offers a variety of giving options to make your support simple.
Annual Appeal
By providing a gift during the annual appeal, you support ongoing work in the fight to prevent new HIV infections. Giving options include contributing by check or credit card in response to the annual year–end appeal or the contribution envelope distributed through the Positive Impact newsletter.
Online Giving
Use the convenience of making your secure contribution online.
Community Health Charities Minnesota
Designate a specific charity to receive a portion or all of the annual contribution you make through Community Health Charities Minnesota payroll deduction. The Minnesota AIDS Project is a proud member of Community Health Charities Minnesota.
Memorials and Tributes
You can designate your contribution as a memorial to someone you cared for, as a tribute to honor someone's work or to commemorate a special life event. Memorials and tributes are published in the Positive Impact newsletter. We will also send a card on your behalf to someone you wish to notify about your memorial or tribute.
Monthly Giving
Make monthly gifts to the organization through regular deductions from your credit card or bank debit card accounts. We can also help you arrange for regular contributions through electronic funds transfer (EFT) from a bank account. And, of course, you can change or cancel your deduction at anytime.
Workplace Giving and Employer Matches
Many businesses offer the option of giving to the Minnesota AIDS Project through payroll deduction and many more support their employees' community involvement by matching their gifts of time or money. Please ask your employer about these options.
Gift of Appreciated Stock
Make a gift of appreciated stock. There are certain tax benefits for doing so. The organization sells all stock donations upon receipt.
Planned Giving
Choose to support the Minnesota AIDS Project through your will. Planned gifts allow donors to have a lasting impact on Minnesota's efforts to stop HIV.
