Open Arms of Minnesota - prepares and delivers free meals to people living with HIV. Rural AIDS Action Network (RAAN) - assists persons living with, affected by, and at risk for HIV in Greater Minnesota through a network of volunteers and professionals. Talking With Kids About Tough Issues - a national initiative by Children Now and the Kaiser Family Foundation to encourage parents to talk with their children earlier and more often about tough issues like sex, HIV/AIDS, violence, alcohol and drug abuse.
