Every Penny Counts Emergency Financial Assistance

Every Penny Counts Emergency Financial Assistance (EPCEA) offers limited emergency financial aid to individuals and families living with HIV. EPCEA helps to pay utility bills, rent, medical costs, etc. To qualify, annual income must meet specific program eligibility guidelines. Funds are paid directly to vendors.
