QuickConnect assists HIV-positive people in assessing short-term challenges by linking them to helpful resources. An alternative to ongoing case management services, QuickConnect provides assistance for common concerns including transportation, emergency financial help, housing assistance and emotional support. This program also serves as a gateway to services and provides information and support for people who have recently tested positive.
