Minnesota HIV Housing Coalition Needs Assessment - May 2002
This report updates the previous 1995 and 1997 HIV housing needs assessments to identify and inform the community of the current housing needs for people living with HIV and their families. The report documents the epidemiological profile and trends of HIV in Minnesota, changes in HIV disease and the implications for housing needs, a current analysis of affordable housing availability, a discussion of the HOPWA (Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS) program and how Minnesota has spent its HOPWA dollars, and priorities and recommendations.
