Quick Connect

Quick Connect is a service to assist HIV–positive people in assessing short–term challenges by linking them to helpful resources. An alternative to ongoing case management services, Quick Connect provides assistance for common concerns including transportation, emergency financial help, housing, and emotional support. This program also serves as a gateway to appropriate longer–term supportive services and provides information and support for people recently diagnosed.
